Museum
of Banjica concentration camp is a monument dedicated to the memory of
prisoners and victims of the World War II concentration camp. It is
situated in the authentic area of the camp (rooms 3, 25 and 26). The first Museum exhibition, in the restricted area, was
opened in 1969, then in 1983 the new one, with aesthetically more
complex and wider concept was displayed. The technical renovation in
2000 has provided conditions for regular presentation of this period
of Serbian history. |
